What was different after the door opened?
The temple did not offer Special Darshan (₹501) on 26 and 27 June 2026 because of the rush, says the notice. Special entry for defence personnel was also closed on those two days.
If you want a calmer visit, you could avoid the days right after the door opens.
The notice also says you must leave your footwear at the camps on the approach road. Nobody may walk past the main entrance in footwear.
What is the festival prasad?
The Free Press Journal names two items: Angodak (sacred water) and Angabastra (sacred cloth). Telangana Today names the same two.
Will the dates be the same next year?
