Rajiv Lochan Temple stands in Rajim, Chhattisgarh, is a shrine to Rajiva Lochana, a four-armed form of Lord Vishnu, with subsidiary shrines to Narasimha, Vamana, Varaha and Badrinatha. It is also known as Rajim Lochan Mandir.
One of the most important ancient Vishnu temples of Chhattisgarh, at a sacred triveni river confluence that gives Rajim its title, the Prayag of Chhattisgarh; it lies on a traditional pilgrim route toward the Jagannath Temple in Puri. Rajim town takes its name from this temple, sited at the confluence of the Mahanadi, Pairi and Sondur rivers.
Chhattisgarh carries a distinct temple identity of its own: A land of ancient Shakti Peethas and tribal devotion, where forested Bastar hills cradle Chhattisgarh's oldest temples and living festival traditions.

Where this information comes from
Confidence: Medium. Deity, architecture and the river-confluence significance are well documented, but the exact construction date is genuinely disputed among historians (reported as such rather than a data gap), and daily darshan timings could not be verified from any source found
