In Annavaram, Andhra Pradesh, Sri Veera Venkata Satyanarayana Swamy Temple, Annavaram honours Lord Satyanarayana Swamy, a form of Vishnu, with Sri Ananta Lakshmi Satyavathi Devi. It is also known as Annavaram Temple, Annavaram Devasthanam.
The foremost Satyanarayana Swamy temple in India, where thousands of couples perform the Vratham every week; second only to Tirumala among Andhra Pradesh's Vaishnava pilgrimage centres by footfall. Annavaram stands on Ratnagiri hill above the Pampa river in Kakinada district.
