Set in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, Sri Durga Malleswara Swamy Varla Devasthanam (Kanaka Durga Temple) honours Goddess Kanaka Durga (a form of Parvati/Durga), with Malleswara Swamy (Shiva). It is also known as Kanaka Durga Temple, Vijayawada Durga Temple.
One of the most revered Shakti shrines in South India and a major Navaratri destination, believed to bestow power, wealth and prosperity on devotees. Perched on the Indrakeeladri Hill along the banks of the Krishna river, the temple is dedicated to Goddess Kanaka Durga.
