Kazheesirama Vinnagaram (Trivikrama Perumal Temple), in Sirkazhi in Tamil Nadu, is a shrine to Trivikrama Narayana Perumal (Vishnu, Vamana avatar) and consort Loka Nayaki Thayar (Lakshmi). It is also known as Thadalan Kovil, Sri Thrivikrama Perumal Temple, Thirukazhicheerama Vinnagaram.
This temple is one of the 108 Divya Desams, the Vishnu temples glorified in the Naalayira Divya Prabandham composed by the Alvar poet-saints; it is counted as the 28th Divya Desam. According to legend, the sage Vishvamitra performed a fire sacrifice at this site, historically known as Siddhashrama, and the presiding deity appeared before the sage Ashtakoma.
Tamil Nadu carries a distinct temple identity of its own: Land of towering gopurams and living Dravidian temple traditions, from the Chola masterpieces to the great Pancha Bhoota Sthalas.
