Sri Yoga Narasimha Swamy Temple, Thirukkadigai, in Thirukkadigai in Tamil Nadu, is dedicated to Lakshmi Narasimhar (Yoga Narasimha, seated Vishnu in yogic posture) with consort Lakshmi as Thirumamagal, alongside Bhaktavatsala Perumal and Yoga Anjaneyar shrines. It is also known as Sholingur Narasimha Temple, Sholingapuram, Cholasimhapuram.
This temple is one of the 108 Divya Desams, the Vishnu temples glorified in the Naalayira Divya Prabandham composed by the Alvar poet-saints. The ancient Divya Desam name Thirukkadigai refers to this same twin-hill site now commonly known as Sholingur, home to the well-known Yoga Narasimha and Yoga Anjaneyar shrines. This Divya Desam is revered by Alvar saints Peyalvar and Thirumangai Alvar in the Naalayira Divya Prabandham.
Tamil Nadu carries a distinct temple identity of its own: Land of towering gopurams and living Dravidian temple traditions, from the Chola masterpieces to the great Pancha Bhoota Sthalas.
