In Thiruvidanthai, Tamil Nadu, Nithyakalyana Perumal Temple is dedicated to Nithyakalyana Perumal, Varaha avatar of Vishnu, with consort Komalavalli Thayar. It is also known as Varaha Deva Temple, Alvar Varaha Deva, Vara Swami Temple, Varaha Nayanar Temple.
This temple is one of the 108 Divya Desams, the Vishnu temples glorified in the Naalayira Divya Prabandham composed by the Alvar poet-saints. It is especially popular for betrothal and marriage-related prayers, based on the belief that the lord weds here every day. The temple is glorified by Thirumangai Alvar in the Naalayira Divya Prabandham.

Tamil style temple with a sixteen-pillared sculpted entrance hall, two precincts with flat gateway towers, granite walls enclosing the shrines, and a roughly seven-foot granite sanctum image of Varaha with Bhudevi on his lap; separate shrines exist for Garuda, Ranganathar, Komalavalli and Andal, along with three temple tanks, Kalyana Pushkarani, Varaha Pushkarani and Ranganatha Tirtham
History
The temple is glorified by Thirumangai Alvar in the Naalayira Divya Prabandham. According to legend, Vishnu married 360 daughters of Sage Kalava at this site, giving the deity the name Nithyakalyana Perumal, meaning the lord of eternal, auspicious marriage. The temple is designated an Archaeological Survey of India protected monument.
